The most correct method of sweet and sour pork ribs is as follows:
Tools/materials: pork ribs, kitchen knives, spoons, cooking wine, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cooking oil, pots, plates, clear water, bowls, sugar, brown sugar, chopsticks, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, sesame seeds and spatula.
1. Select fresh ribs and wash them.
2. Cut the ribs into small pieces, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, stir well and marinate for 2 minutes.
3. Take out the oil pan. When the oil is 8% hot, put in the marinated spareribs, fry until the spareribs turn brown, take out, and leave the oil in the pan.
4. Heat the oil pan slightly, add half a bowl of clear water and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, bring to a boil, then add white sugar and brown sugar, and simmer until it becomes sticky. When cooking, keep stirring with chopsticks to prevent the sugar from sticking to the pan.
5. Change the medium heat, pour in the spareribs, and let the spareribs be evenly stained with sweet and sour juice, while stirring constantly. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 5g of salt, stir fry, add chicken essence, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
