At that time, I felt it was a little easy to earn this money, because the tested consumables seemed to be only tens of milliliters of "white water". During the inspection interval, I consulted the staff about the treatment fee. According to the area of more than 13 square meters in my house, if it exceeds the standard, it will cost 5, yuan, and the treatment form will decompose formaldehyde by spraying reagents. At that time, the heart was not calm, and the unit time income of this industry was too high!
As a post-8s generation who grew up in the era of information explosion, I know that the Internet has a great impact on people's inherent thinking. in the next few days, I made a preliminary understanding of the market in Wuhan, and found that although there are many similar companies, they are basically small companies and have not formed an influential brand. second, preliminary preparation
I originally planned to quit the company where I worked for 1 years, and I also found a new one, ready to submit my resignation application, but after I finished the formaldehyde test at home that day, I was excited and felt that this industry might be a bit confusing. I told my wife my idea simply, and she also expressed her approval and support, so I embarked on the road of investigation with expectations.
The first stop, Changchun, Jilin Province, was the first time in my life to experience the cold in the northeast region. The temperature of MINUS 19 was directly frozen into a "dog", which was unbearable. After I visited the company, I left by plane that night.
In the second stop, there are two slightly famous companies in Hangzhou. It took three days before and after this stop, which is considered to be a more detailed understanding.

I visited four cities in one week and got a better understanding of the industry. After this investigation, I have a new view on the way of entering the business and my understanding of the project, which is briefly summarized as follows:
1. The project has development potential, belongs to the health and environmental protection sub-industry, and is closely related to the development of real estate. It is a joke that "there are many new houses, but the project will not fail". The main customers of the project are new houses, sub-new houses and various newly renovated commercial offices, and this volume is still very large.
2. The development of the whole industry is in the primary stage, and it has not experienced reshuffle, is not standardized, and has not yet formed a brand company with great influence on the market, which means that new entrants have opportunities, which is very important.
3. It is not very reliable to join the business. The reasons are as follows:
First of all, through talking about these franchisees, we found that their joining conditions are similar, and they don't need to join the company, but they need to get at least 6, to 7, yuan of goods for the first time, in other words, they are pressing the goods in disguise, which is not reliable.
Secondly, I personally think that joining is nothing more than relying on the fame of big companies, but at present, the industry has not formed a so-called brand company. Take Wuhan as an example, online search feels that everyone is a "brand", so joining is of little significance.
Thirdly, several companies said that if they join them, the headquarters can send orders to ensure how much revenue and how much money they earn each month. When I heard this, I felt that I was bluffing. It was so unreliable that there was nothing so cheap.
finally, and most importantly, I want to learn the systematic knowledge of project operation, not the individual pieces of knowledge that are pieced together stiffly. In other words, there is such a person who has experienced every link of the project operation and personally participated in it, then he can form a systematic and perfect theoretical and practical system, and learning from this kind of person is the most valuable. In this way, it is impossible for the affiliated companies to provide it, because they are all specialized personnel, and they will only involve matters within their own jurisdiction. For example, the merchants are only responsible for attracting investment, and the construction workers only care about construction. Learning from them can only get superficial things, because they all have their own limitations.

third, the exploratory stage
finally, I gave up the way of joining and decided to join the business myself. The reason why I dare to try independently is mainly because I have 1 years of work experience. Although I am not rich, I have seen a lot, and I am confident in my self-study ability.
My thinking is still relatively clear, which is mainly divided into the following steps:
1. Understand and learn the relevant knowledge of the industry background, analyze the current situation of the industry, and draw my own conclusion-whether I can do this industry or not is very important. If I can't convince myself that I can do it after my own understanding and analysis, there is no need to continue. Even if you see that people in the industry have earned money, please believe that in you.
2. Learning related professional knowledge, without guidance, I really have to put some thought into it and briefly talk about how I learned it. First of all, online video is a good choice. There are many such videos online, but this method can only see a scratch. Secondly, during the last round of inspection, I asked to go to the construction sites of those companies for a simple observation, and had the opportunity to add two managers' WeChat.
Thirdly, after I returned to Wuhan, I made a thorough investigation of my colleagues as a customer, claiming that my family was going to be governed, or pretending to be the head of logistics of a company, and asked to check the project of governing the company on the grounds that the company office wanted in addition to formaldehyde.
In this way, I visited a dozen treatment sites through different treatment companies, and it was roughly the same. There was little difference between each treatment method. In this process, with the in-depth understanding of the industry, it is increasingly found that the water in the industry is too deep. Finally, the products and equipment were initially selected (I don't know that the first pit after entering the business was falling on a selected treatment reagent).
4. To register a company, I went to the agency directly. The cost is generally more than 1, yuan, and I will get the business license in about 1 working days. There is not much to say here.
5. Opening up the market is one of the difficulties of the project, and it is also a "system engineering". About opening up the market, I believe it is a place that everyone is more concerned about. Let me focus on it below.
IV. Receiving the first order
The first order came by accident and was a surprise. In the second week after the business license came down, an incubator science park had more than 2,8 square meters of office buildings. The reason why I said it was accidental was that when I was playing basketball in the community, I talked to a friend of the team about what I was doing. It happened that their company was newly renovated and there was a demand in this area, so I was directly pushed over, and then this order became a success.
This is a big project. It came suddenly. Party A asked to finish it in two days at the weekend, and the staff was a little worried. After all, I just started, and I was alone and not skilled. After much deliberation, I found several good colleagues from the former company to help me, including a factory director, a quality control manager and a marketing manager. My face is also big enough, and I got several former company management to help me, and I have been grateful until now. In addition, two college students were called, and this first representative order was finished in two days.
2,8 square meters, with a total price of 56, yuan. Excluding all costs and expenses, I earned 36, yuan for this order, which means that I have already paid back my money and made a profit. This is a perfect start, which strengthens the confidence to do it.
Soon, a week later, I received the first home improvement customer, 12 square meters, 36 yuan. This bill came from my colleague who left the company on the same day. His sister had a new house and needed formaldehyde control. Because she knew me, she directly introduced me to the past.
In this way, the first single tooling project and the first single home improvement project were successfully completed. This opening was beyond my expectation.
as for the opening, I have a little experience, that is, we should start from friends around us in the early stage, which will be more conducive to opening up the situation, because as a new company, it will be difficult to gain the trust of strangers, but if there is an endorsement from an acquaintance, it will be completely different. To put it simply, customers are more choosing a kind of trust that makes him feel practical.
V. About opening up the market
First of all, there are two pits to remind friends who want to enter the industry
1. Don't spend money to become members on some online platforms at the beginning, which can only be a drop in the bucket. As a new entrant, a lot of people have spent a lot of money on it before you enter the business. How can they let a new entrant take advantage of it?
I've seen the promotion methods shared by other peers, and many of them mentioned being a member at a certain level or a certain degree. Please be sure to think twice before you start. It's not worth the money!
Of course, I'm not saying that spending money on online promotion has no effect at all. Personally, I feel that this kind of online promotion can only be icing on the cake, and it can't give you a timely help, which has little effect on the initial stage. And the platform promotion is also particular. It is necessary to distinguish between light season, peak season and city. Don't be blind before you have a clear analysis!
2. As a novice, no matter whether you join the business or not, don't go to the whole store as soon as you start, which will only increase your pressure and promote the joining company, and will basically not bring you benefits. Why do you say this? Because although this project belongs to the service industry, it is very different from the traditional catering and clothing industries.
For catering and clothing, all the people passing by are potential buyers, but this project can't be copied, because their target customer groups are different, and the potential customer flow that stores can bring is quite limited. It is no exaggeration to say that once you open a store, it means that you are not far from failure.
if we don't do network promotion and open stores, I'll share a few points about how to carry out the early business and how to break the deadlock.
1. At the initial stage, it is suggested to start with people around you. I believe that many peers get their first orders through friends or personal resources accumulated in the early stage. As a new entrant, it is difficult to win the trust of strangers, but if it is a friend relationship or a friend referral, the trust problem will be well solved, so you can work hard on acquaintances in the initial stage.
2. Cross-industry cooperation is a cost-effective method in the early stage, and it needs to focus on management. Running the market on your own legs is too narrow. At this time, you need to give full play to some people in the upstream and downstream of the industry chain to help you publicize and provide information. In this way, you can get more exposure and customer traffic, which will help you open the market to a great extent.
3. Word-of-mouth shaping is very important. Every time you win a customer, you should serve it well, you can give it to the customer appropriately, and then let him help you to send a circle of friends or publicize it in the circles around you. The effect will be very good. Of course, there is a premise that you can gain the full trust of customers, which depends on the quality of service, professionalism, basic skills and personal comprehensive quality.
