The International Health Organization has given a definition of health: first, the body is free of disease, limbs complete; second, physiological disease, normal reproductive function; third, mental illness; fourth, social adaptability is good, and can normally face a variety of social pressures, such as unemployment, layoffs, natural and man-made disasters, etc.; and fifth, moral health.
To be healthy, we must first have a positive and optimistic mindset, adequate sleep, moderate exercise and balanced nutrition.
In the factors affecting our health, genetic factors account for 15 percent, social factors account for 10 percent, environmental factors account for 7 percent, and the medical factors we often rely on account for only 8 percent, self-care, which accounts for 60 percent of the factors affecting health.
