What is raw flour and what is starch?
Raw flour is a kind of starch, and the common raw flour is divided into ordinary raw flour and corn raw flour. Ordinary raw flour is made from potato tuber through cooking, drying and grinding, while corn raw flour is made from corn. Starch includes raw flour and wheat starch, etc. It can be said that raw flour belongs to starch, but starch is not necessarily raw flour.
