Episode 13: The Guardian

Looking for herbs on the mountain, Challenger fell into a trap to catch wild boar and passed out. The three young hunters who set the trap couldn't bear from ruin, so they had to drag him back to their secret village. Veronica and Margaret followed the hunters' trail through the jungle barrier and came to the village, where most of the people lived were young orphans. Later, the villagers told them that a huge plant guarded the village, and if anyone dared to enter or leave without authorization, it would release deadly poison gas. But even more frightening is that it needs to eat fresh meat every day. When Challenger and others tried to dig a tunnel to leave the village, the villagers caught Challenger and prepared to use him as a living sacrifice to the man-eating plants. What should Challener and his companions do?
