How to make senbei
Ingredients: 100 grams of rice flour, 1/2 cup of water, 1 and 2/3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Method:
1. Mix the rice flour and water until it is as soft as an earlobe to form a dough.
2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll into balls.
