1. Prepare chilled mackerel and cut it into pieces with a thickness of 1cm.

5. Add mackerel pieces and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.
6. Put a layer of salt and a layer of fish pieces in turn, and the last layer must be sprinkled with the remaining salt.
7. Cover, seal and refrigerate for a day or two, and the pickled mackerel will be cured.
8. Divide it into several small portions and store it in the frozen layer. When you want to eat, take out a part of it to thaw, wash away the salt and dry the water.
9. Fry in a hot pan with cold oil.
10. Turn to low heat and fry until both sides are slightly yellow and cooked.
