The specific timing is from the eggs into cold water , open medium heat to cook, wait until the water boils time. For example, for a runny egg (egg white solidified, yolk still liquid): 2 minutes and 30 seconds after the water boils.
As shown below: Loose eggs: about 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes (depending on egg size) after the water boils.
As shown below: Fully cooked eggs (the kind that are fully set, but not very hard): about 5 minutes - 6 minutes. When the time is up, just remove the eggs and cool them in cold water.
Note: Since most of the eggs in China are not aseptic, it is recommended that you try to still choose fully cooked eggs.
