1. Prepare raw materials.
2. Boil a pot of boiling water and replace the tofu with a block, a square of 1cm. After the water is boiled, pour the tender tofu into the pot and blanch it to remove the beany smell of the tofu. Add 10g salt, and tofu will taste better when baked.

8. When the tofu is almost cooked, hook a thin layer of water starch, not too thick, and wrap the tofu evenly.
