Quzhou belongs to Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Quzhou Quzhou is a prefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province, and is not part of any other city.

It is located in the western part of Zhejiang Province, upstream of the Qiantang River and at the western end of the Jinqu River Basin.
