Precautions for red wine storage:
1. Need the right temperature. The theoretical temperature is about 12℃, and 7- 18℃ is also acceptable.
2. Avoid light, because ultraviolet rays will make wine precocious-avoid vibration.

Preservation of red wine:

The wine bottle must be placed obliquely, horizontally or upside down, so that the wine liquid can contact with the cork to keep the cork moist, so that the outside air can not contact with the wine liquid because the cork is dry, which leads to the deterioration of the red wine.
It is recommended to drink open red wine once. If you can't finish eating, you can immediately put the cork back as it is and put it in the refrigerator. If you can't put it back, you can also use plastic wrap, which can be stored for 3~5 days without significantly reducing the quality of the wine.
