Steps
1. Put the pork into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, onion, ginger, garlic, Star anise, boil water for 25 minutes.
2. Take it out, rinse it with cold water and cut into small pieces.
3. Remove the head and tail from the cowpea.
4. Cut the cowpeas into small sections, clean them, drain them and set aside.
5. Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the pork.
6. After the pork is partially oily, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
