Egg Dumplings
Ingredients ?
2 eggs
Meat filling 150g
2 tsp dry starch
Half carrot
Scallion moderate
Ginger moderate
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Peanut oil 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp tsp
How to make egg dumplings ?
Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of peanut oil, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil, 2 tsp of water, and 1/2 tsp of salt to the meat mixture and marinate for 10 minutes
Minute green onion and ginger, and finely chop the carrot
Then add it to the meat mixture and mix well to make the filling for the egg dumplings
Add 2 tbsp of water to dry starch and stir to make water starch, and add 1/2 tbsp of salt to the egg. Add 1/2 tsp salt and whisk the two eggs
Then add the water starch and whisk well to make the egg mixture for the egg dumpling skins
Wipe a small pan with a little oil
Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon of egg mixture
Swirl the pan so that the egg mixture is well-spread out
Put in an appropriate amount of filling
Wait for the egg skins to solidify, and then fold in the top and bottom to take out the dumplings.

Tips
