Foreword
It would be a pity to throw away the leftover bean dregs from homemade soy milk. Add eggs and flour and fry it into pancakes. It is a very good breakfast, nutritious and healthy.
Ingredients
Main ingredients: 200g bean dregs, 1 egg, 100g flour;

Tips
When making the batter, don’t make it too thin. When frying, don’t pour too much batter to avoid it being too thick and not cooked properly. You can also divide it into several small portions and fry it. Into small cakes.
