1. Select flat mushrooms and soak them in lightly salted water for 20 minutes, then wash them piece by piece.
2. Cut green and red peppers into small sections, chopped green onion and ginger for use.
3. Pour water into a pot, boil over high heat, add the sliced flat mushrooms, cook until the white end bubbles up in the pot, continue to cook for 2 minutes, then fish out and rinse with cold water, drain.
