1. Ingredients: 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1 celery, a handful of fungus, 10 grams of onion and ginger, 1 tablespoon of oil, a little salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of oil, 20 grams of chili noodles (add or reduce according to personal taste)
2. Method/steps
1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast, wash it and remove the fascia.
2. Cut into small cubes and set aside. You can cut the chicken breast into slices first, then into strips, and finally into cubes.
3. Prepare a small handful of fungus, dice some carrots, cut some celery segments, and cut some onions and ginger.
4. Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices and diced chicken when the oil is hot.
5. Fry slightly until the surface is slightly yellow.
6. Add diced carrots and stir-fry.
7. Add celery and stir-fry until raw.
8. Add chopped green onion, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, salt and stir-fry. Fry until cooked, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chili powder, mix well and serve.
