Ingredients that need to be prepared in advance are: 300 grams of pig lungs (cooked), 3 peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, an appropriate amount of salt, and a little vinegar.
1. Wash and slice the cooked lung leaves into arbitrary thickness, of course not too thick.
2. Wash the peppers, remove the stems, seeds and cut into pieces. Crush the garlic and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a hot pan, simmer garlic cloves, add lung slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the peppers and continue to stir-fry until cooked through.
5. Add salt and light soy sauce, stir well, pour a little vinegar along the edge of the pot, stir well again, and turn off the heat.
