3.8 The chemical composition of Artemisia argyi contains volatile oil [1], and the volatile oil contains lacflol, spasuenol, sulfur, Sguaiazulene, and 7 methoxycoumarin (7 methoxycoumarin), namely herniarin, etc. The aerial part contains 7 methoxycoumarin and 7 hydroxycoumarin, namely umbelliferone [3]. Syne of Lactococcus is isolated from flowers and leaves [4].
3.9 pharmacological action 1. Liver protection: The water decoction and ether extract of Artemisia argyi with a dose equivalent to 65438±0.20 gkg have obvious protective effects on experimental liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice, and the effective components are concentrated in ether extract. 7- methoxycoumarin separated from ether has obvious liver protection effect. Inulinolide has no protective effect on liver [1]. 60g/kg extract of Artemisia scoparia significantly reduced alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and liver weight in rats poisoned by carbon tetrachloride. When the dosage reaches 90g/kg, 120g/kg, the therapeutic effect is more significant. Electron microscopic observation showed that the morphology and structure of hepatocytes in the treatment group decreased, fat droplets decreased obviously, and the morphology of mitochondria tended to be normal [2]. Yajiaoai decoction has obvious yellowing effect on hyperbilirubinemia caused by 2- naphthalene isothiocyanate in mice [3].
2. Anti-asthmatic effect: 2.56× 1.03 g/kg volatile oil from Artemisia argyi can significantly relax histamine-induced isolated tracheal muscles in guinea pigs. Oral administration of 0.2g/kg volatile oil can significantly prolong the latent period of histamine-induced convulsion in guinea pigs and reduce its reciprocal, which is superior to the same dose of aminophylline. 7.74× 1.02 g/kg volatile oil can significantly increase the perfusion of isolated lung in mice. 0.5g/kg of volatile oil was injected intraperitoneally, which obviously inhibited the skin reaction (PCA) of guinea pigs passively sensitized by ovalbumin. It can be seen that Folium Artemisiae Argyi can directly dilate the wings and bronchi in spastic state, resist histamine and affect allergic reaction, thus playing an antiasthmatic role [4].
3. The LD50 of the toxic mugwort extract in mice was 65438±056.6g/kg/kg. After taking 20g/kg of Folium Artemisiae Argyi orally for 3 months, no obvious adverse reaction and disease volume change were found in rats [2].
The LD50 of volatile oil injected into mice was 750 30 mg/kg, and the volatile oil was given to rabbits by gavage for 4 weeks. No obvious pathological changes were found in the sections of various organs under the microscope [4].
