Manufacturing process
Clean beef liver, soak in cold water for more than 2 hours, and change water in the fish tank halfway.
Fill the pot with water, add 1 stir-fry rice wine, and add beef liver with water.
Introduce cold water into the hot pot, add 2 tablespoons of rice wine, and boil star anise with pepper, ginger and garlic.
Put the beef liver in the water.
Pour in proper soy sauce and salt.
Bring the fire to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes. Turn off the fire and stew until it is cool.
Peel and chop garlic.
