Exercise 1
1. Ingredients: half a black-bone chicken (it is not good to eat too much at one meal).
2. Wash three slices of ginger, one slice of onion, red dates, longan and medlar.
3. Bring the water to a boil, turn to low heat, add the black-bone chicken, cook for three minutes without covering the pot, remove and wash.
4. Add water to the casserole, stir the cooking wine and refined salt evenly, and add the black-bone chicken.
5. Add red dates, longan, onion and ginger, simmer for three to five hours, and take the medlar out of the pot.
6. The finished product actually tastes good, but it's not good with other ingredients.
Exercise 2
1. Boil the water, add some chopped ginger, soak the black-bone chicken in it for a while without covering the pot, and take it out and wash it after three minutes.
2. Put a proper amount of water into the teapot, pour two spoonfuls of cooking wine and stir one teaspoon of salt.
3. Put black-bone chicken, red dates and other materials into the pot for three to five hours (like rotten for a while and don't like it for a while).
Exercise 3
1, wash the red dates and medlar, and cut the red dates in half! Wash codonopsis pilosula and cut into sections. Wash Angelica and Radix Astragali, and soak them in water with Chinese dates, Lycium barbarum and Codonopsis pilosula for later use!
2. Wash and cut the black-bone chicken into pieces, cut the ginger into pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, and cook the ginger and black-bone chicken together! Then pour out the water, in order to get rid of the bloody and fishy smell of black-bone chicken. Don't cook for too long, just open it and pour out the blood!
3. Clip the shredded ginger from the black-bone chicken! Pour the soaked red dates, Lycium barbarum, Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis into the pot, including the soaked water. I usually soak a few hours in advance! There is not enough water, you can add some cold water! Generally speaking, how much soup to cook and how much water to soak!
4. Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes. When the time is up, open the lid and season with salt and chicken essence!
