Ingredients: diced vegetarian ham, diced carrots, diced potatoes and cabbage.
Seasoning: 2.5 tbsp curry powder, proper amount of oil,
2 bowls of semi-broth, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Exercise:

Stir-fry curry powder slowly in a dry pan with low heat for use.

Pour oil into the pan, add minced meat and vegetarian ham and stir-fry until fragrant, then add soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and other vegetables. And stir fry, then add curry powder and stir fry.
Pour in the prepared broth and stew slowly.
Cook all the ingredients until the water is about 1 cup and a half.

Add salt and thicken with flour before cooking.
Finally, stir with rice.
