1. Peel and cut the winter melon into cubes and wash them.
2. Soak the kelp in water for 40 minutes. If it is that kind of kelp, soak it and cut it into small pieces for later use.
3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the winter melon and kelp and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. In order to make more soup, I poured the winter melon and kelp into another steamer with boiling water. Cook on high heat for 7 or 8 minutes, then add salt and serve.
