1. Ingredients: appropriate amount of red dates, appropriate amount of water and 8g of glutinous rice flour;
2. Prepare boiled water and let it cool for a while. The water temperature should not be too hot.
3. Add a little less glutinous rice flour into the basin first, then add water, stir with chopsticks while adding water, and then add glutinous rice flour and water to make dough one after another. The dough should not be too hard, but it can be thinner (use chopsticks at first, and then you can feel the hardness of the dough directly);
3. Take a proper amount of dates and cook them for later use. Add the cooked dates to the dough and mix well.
4. Add a proper amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Brush a small amount of cooking oil on the steamer to prevent it from sticking to the pot when it is cooked. Spread corn husks on the steamer (you can use a pot cloth instead) and spread the mixed noodles evenly on the steamer.
5. After the boiling water starts to steam, steam it for about 2 minutes (steam it for a few more minutes if it is thick);
6. Take down the steamer and leave it for a while. After the surface is slightly tightened, you can directly buckle the whole rice cake (it is easy to buckle it because it was oiled before)
7. Cool the rice cake and cut it into pieces to eat.
