Du Mu’s poem about climbing on the Double Ninth Festival is as follows:
Climbing up the mountain in nine days
The wild geese first fly in the autumn shadow of Jianghan, and they carry pots with guests on the green micro. It's rare to smile in this world, and I will return with my head full of chrysanthemums. But you will be drunk as a reward for the festival, and you don’t have to come to hate the sunset. This has been the case throughout the ages. Why should Niushan be alone in his clothes?
Words and Sentences
1. Nine Days: On the Double Ninth Festival, which is the ninth day of the ninth month of the lunar calendar, it is an old custom to climb high and drink chrysanthemum wine. Qishan: In present-day Guichi County, Anhui Province. Du Mu served as the governor of Chizhou during the Huichang period of Wuzong.

He picked a handful of chrysanthemums from the chrysanthemum bushes beside his house. He sat on his side and looked for a long time. He saw Wang Hong arriving in white clothes. It’s also a gift. Even if you just drink, you will get drunk and then come back.”
4. Climbing: Climbing to the water or climbing to the bottom, generally refers to visiting the mountains and rivers.
Vernacular translation
The river contains the autumn scene as the wild geese take flight for the first time, and I invite my friends to go to the Cuiwei Mountain with their fine wines. It is rare in this world that you can open your mouth and laugh heartily. You should put chrysanthemums all over your head before returning. You only need to get drunk to spend the Double Ninth Festival, and there is no need to climb up to gaze at the sunset and sigh. Life is short and it has always been this way, so why bother weeping alone in Niushan?
