Method: 500g peeled and fleshed, cut into 2cm square slices; 100g lean pork cut into 2cm square slices; put oil in the pot, add some thirteen spice, chopped green onion, ginger and carrot slices ; Stir-fry until fragrant; add meat slices and stir-fry until cooked, add winter melon and stir-fry until it changes color, add 1 tablespoon of water, continue to stir-fry until the water dries up, add salt and MSG, take out the pan and serve on a plate.

Method 1. Wash the pork and cut it into slices (because I was abroad and couldn’t buy pork belly in the supermarket near my home, so I bought lean pork), blanch it in a pot of boiling water, take it out, and drain. Remove moisture and set aside.
2. Peel the winter melon, scoop out the flesh, and cut into pieces.
