How to make fried wontons?
Chop green onions and mix with meat filling. Add all the seasonings into the meat filling and stir well in one direction.
Wrap the meat filling in wonton skin to form wontons and set aside.
Pour enough oil into the hot pan until you see small bubbles coming out of the pan. Add the wrapped wontons and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Take them out and use oil-absorbing paper to absorb the excess oil. .
