Steps
1. Cut the braised tofu into long strips.
2. Slice the pork and marinate for about ten minutes. Slice green peppers and cut off garlic stems.
3. Heat the oil pan and fry the meat slices.
4. Pour in the green pepper and garlic segments, stir-fry over high heat, and add a little salt to taste.
5. When the green pepper and garlic become soft, add a little chopped pepper.
6. Pour in braised tofu.
7. Stir-fry for a while and add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
8. Installation is OK.
Tips
Add less salt than usual for cooking. The braised tofu can be assembled after a short stir-fry, otherwise it will not be very hard.
