5 hepatosplenomegaly and lymphadenopathy 50% of leukemia patients will have symptoms of hepatosplenomegaly and lymphadenopathy, especially acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The swollen lymph nodes are generally soft or moderate in hardness, with smooth surface, no pain and no adhesion when pressed.
6 Skin mucosal damage The skin damage of leukemia patients is characterized by nodules, lumps and spots. Mucosal lesions refer to swelling and ulcers of oral mucosa, nasal mucosa and respiratory mucosa. It should be distinguished from general ulcer disease.
