But goodwill at this time may cause an uncontrollable situation. For example, children are naturally happy when they see their parents buying popsicles. Therefore, when it is hot at noon, eat one "blatantly". Maybe it's good to read this popsicle in your heart. Parents go out and secretly eat a few popsicles or drink a few bottles of iced drinks at home. Maybe he just finished lunch, so he asked: His stomach just finished eating hot food, and suddenly he drank so many cold drinks. Can his stomach stand it? Over time, if it is serious, it may be a problem to digest food in the future. So you can't eat cold drinks after dinner, and you don't eat them at ordinary times.

In fact, scientific diet has many benefits. I also like to eat snacks, but there must be a restraint and I will never eat too much. Three meals a day, I will not "act" by watching the food on the table delicious or not "ideal". Eat as much as you can until your stomach is full. Now I live in junior high school, although the food in the canteen is not as delicious as my own. But I have to fill my stomach.
