Coconut pectin powder 75 grams, 1 can of whipped cream, 5 egg whites, 200cc of water.

Methods

1. Eggs remove the yolks, take the egg whites and whisk them until foamy, and then leave them aside.

2. Cold water boiled into a small fire, coconut gelatin powder and a little water, sugar mix, pour into the boiling water and stir well, set aside to cool.

3. Add the egg whites from recipe 1, whisk in the whipped cream and pour into the mold, then refrigerate for 30 minutes until solidified.
