Method /Steps
1/11 Step-by-step reading
Prepare the required materials
2/11
Pour the peanuts into the pot. Stir-fry over medium-low heat
3/11
The peanuts are fried (this is a bit over-fried). Take the peanuts out and let them cool
4/11
Peel the peanuts
5/11
Mix the crushed peanuts and fried sesame seeds
6/11
Pour oil into the pot
7/11
Pour in sugar and lower heat. Remember to use low heat, otherwise your sugar will be mushy before it is completely melted
8/11
When the white sugar melts like this, add maltose
9/11
Pour in rice vinegar. Be careful when pouring rice vinegar, as it may cause "sugar popping". After the rice vinegar is poured in, the sugar bubbles will become larger. When the sugar bubbles become smaller, the syrup is ready. Turn off the heat and pour in the "mixture" of peanuts and sesame seeds. Stir quickly to coat the peanuts and sesame seeds. Syrup can form into balls. If your hands and feet are not skilled enough, you can turn off the heat and lower the heat to a minimum for stir-frying
10/11
After the "baking" is successful, pour the oil paper lined with oil paper while it is hot, or Put it in an oiled flat-bottomed container, then shape the sugar while it's hot, press it into the thickness you want, and let it cool
11/11
When the sugar is not so hot, You can start cutting. Don’t wait until it’s completely cool before cutting, otherwise you’ll really want to hit the wall
Notes
Put it into cans after it’s completely cool and store it in a sealed container
