Eat less snacks, drink less drinks and drink more water.
Do more exercise. Don't want to go out to exercise, just do housework at home. Before I lose weight, I take out all my clothes and quilts and clean the floor and walls. I don't use a mop to mop the floor, but use a rag to wipe it. That's more exercise.
If you have the habit of eating snacks in your spare time, you must not eat fried products.
When I watch TV and computer, I usually put a plate of cut fruit next to it instead of those high-calorie foods. I usually eat cucumbers, apples and tomatoes, which are rich in nutrition and low in calories. You can try to cut it as small as possible and eat a little while eating.
You can do some exercise before going to bed, such as sit-ups. You can also turn the hula hoop while watching TV.
These are my ways to lose weight. I lost weight unconsciously, and I won't rebound, and I look good.
