Artemisia selengensis should avoid continuous cropping, and choose fields with convenient irrigation and drainage and fertile and loose soil, and sandy loam is suitable. Thoroughly turn over the sun before planting, and apply more than 2,500 kilograms of high-quality decomposed organic fertilizer and 40 kilograms of compound fertilizer per mu, and fully mix with the soil. During soil preparation, two beds were made in a 6-meter-wide greenhouse, with a clean bed width of 2.5 meters, a bed height of 15 cm, a border width of 40 cm and a flat bed surface.
Step 2 plant
Artemisia selengensis adopts asexual propagation, and the middle and lower stems of the old plants are often fixed and planted. The colonial period was from late June to early and middle July. When planting, select robust Artemisia selengensis plants, cut the semi-lignified stems at the lower part into cuttings with a length of 10~ 15 cm, leaving 2~3 buds at the upper end and cutting the lower part into inclined planes. On the prepared border surface, cuttings are carried out according to the row spacing of 30 cm and the plant spacing of 20 cm, with 2 plants per hole. The cutting depth is about two-thirds of the seedling. When cutting, the border must be flat, and after cutting, water should be poured to keep the soil moist, so that plants can take root and survive as soon as possible. At the same time, in order to promote rooting and plant survival, shading nets can be properly covered, and the shading nets should be removed after survival.
3. Tian Tuan management
Weeds in the field should be removed in time after planting live trees, and the soil should always be moist. After 1 month, water each mu with 15 kg urea or 25 kg compound fertilizer to promote the growth of stems and leaves. Generally, topdressing is about 3 times before the shed buckle, with an interval of 1 month. At the same time, in order to prevent bolting from late July to early August, it is necessary to pick the seeds in time to promote the accumulation of nutrients in the roots and provide sufficient nutrient accumulation for the growth and development of Artemisia argyi in greenhouse in winter. The time for planting mugwort in greenhouses in Changzhou is1mid-late October to early February 165438+. Before the shed is buckled, all the stem surfaces above the ground of Artemisia selengensis should be cut off, and the shallow soil behind the field should be cleaned in time. After 2-3 days, evenly spread 200-250kg commercial high-quality bio-organic fertilizer or 40kg compound fertilizer on the border surface per mu, and then pour enough water. After 5~7 days, close the shed and cover the border with plastic film to raise the ground temperature and promote germination. It is advisable to keep the shed temperature at 20~25℃ during the day after the shed is buckled. When the shed temperature exceeds 25 ~ 30℃, it should be ventilated and cooled at any time. -shed temperature 17~23℃ in sunny days, with the maximum not exceeding 25℃, and it can be 5 ~ 7℃ lower in rainy days. If the temperature is too high, the stem will be lignified easily, and if the temperature is too low, the growth will be slow. When the height of Artemisia selengensis seedlings in the greenhouse is 8~ 10 cm, spraying 80 mg/L gibberellin aqueous solution on the leaves can promote the rapid growth of tender stems and increase the yield. The method is gibberellin 1g and water 12kg. After spraying, continue to cover the frame with plastic film.
4, timely harvesting
Artemisia argyi cultivated in greenhouse in Changzhou area can be harvested and marketed 45~50 days after the greenhouse is closed. When the tender stem grows to 20 ~ 25cm high, use a sharp knife to cut it off, remove most of the leaves on the tender stem, and keep a few heart leaves before tying it to the market. It is best to tie the backyard in the shade, cover it with a wet cloth, soften it for 8~ 10 hours and then put it on the market. The quality is better.
