Ingredients: Lycium barbarum L. 1 0g, Chinese yam 300g, light old duck1piece.
Seasoning: onion ginger, monosodium glutamate, salt and cooking wine.
Practice:
1, wash the duck, blanch it in boiling water for a while, peel the yam, wash it, cut it into rhombuses, and boil the medlar with boiling water;
2. Pour water, cooking wine, onion and ginger into the casserole, and put the duck into it. Boil with strong fire, add medlar and yam, then simmer until the duck is cooked, and finally add salt and monosodium glutamate.
Efficacy: expelling cold and invigorating qi, nourishing yin and nourishing stomach.
Second, the lotus root old duck pot
Ingredients: 50 grams of water-soaked mushrooms, 7 red dates and chestnuts, 30 grams of lotus seeds, one old duck and 300 grams of lotus root.
Seasoning: onion ginger, yellow wine and salt.
Practice:
1, red dates, chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and lotus seeds are washed, lotus roots are washed and sliced, ducks discard intestinal impurities, scalded in boiling water, taken out, washed and drained;
2. Pour water, onion ginger, old duck and yellow wine into the casserole, boil it over high fire, skim off the floating foam, and simmer it over low fire 1 hour;

Ingredients: 250g cooked duck and 50g burdock slices.
Seasoning: fresh soup, monosodium glutamate, salt, yellow wine, ginger slices, and scallions.
Practice: Put duck pieces, fresh soup, yellow wine, burdock slices, ginger slices and onion slices into a pot, boil them with high fire, cover them, stew them for half an hour with low fire, and then season them with salt and monosodium glutamate.
