2. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the dough and start kneading the dough until it becomes a smooth and soft dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it on the surface to rise for half an hour to allow the dough to relax as much as possible. Edible oil has the effect of shortening and increasing the ductility, so that the fried cake will be more puffy and will not burst.
3. Crush the cooked sesame seeds with a rolling pin, add chopped peanuts, brown sugar and a little flour. The purpose of adding flour is to prevent the filling of the sugar cake from flowing out after being heated. You can also use brown sugar directly, but it will burn your mouth after frying, so it needs to cool for a while before eating.
4. After the dough has risen, there is no need to knead it. Just pull off a piece of dough and knead it into a ball in the palm of your hand.
