Soup: three fresh noodles (pork liver, ham sausage, black fungus and Pleurotus ostreatus)/tomato and egg soup, Flammulina velutipes laver and egg soup/coriander and radish soup.
4, the fourth day
Staple food: red bean rice. (Red beans, rice), soybean milk rice porridge, apple jam rolls, sorghum white rice, rice.
Menu: stir-fried diced chicken (chicken, potatoes, carrots, smoked dried tofu), sliced mushrooms, yellow flowers and black fungus, garlic and Chinese cabbage, steamed tofu with chopped green onion, shredded green pepper and celery, and fried pickled radish.

5, the fifth day

Menu: assorted vegetables (pork, mung bean sprouts, spinach, leek and water-soaked powder), shredded belly and cucumber cold salad, fried vegetarian meatballs (carrots, potatoes, tofu and parsley), celery and cucumber mixed with fragrant dried herbs, shredded celery, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and minced tofu brain.
Soup: Chinese cabbage bean curd soup, egg laver soup.
6, the sixth day
Staple food: dumplings (white flour, pork, Chinese cabbage and leek), cakes/bread/vegetable bags, noodles (sliced meat, eggs, fungus and tomatoes), rice, millet and corn rice.
Menu: Frozen skin (skin, green beans, carrots), salted duck, mushrooms with pine nuts, mustard cauliflower, fried cucumber with shredded beef/roasted beef with potatoes, and five shredded cold dishes (shredded green bamboo shoots, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, shredded white radish, shredded Chinese cabbage/shredded kelp).
