The amount of salt is twice as much as that of these shrimps (you can put more salt if you like)
A little cooking wine
A little onion and ginger.
Homemade shrimp?
Wash the shrimps, put them in a pot, add salt, onion, ginger and cooking wine (equivalent to boiling water), and cook them until they are 8 ~ 9 ripe, then serve.
Drain the water after serving, and cut the shrimp if it is too long to get in the way.
Shrimps are lined up in a baking tray.
After the shrimps are arranged on the grill, bake them at 120 degrees for 30 minutes, and then at 150 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, depending on each oven, until both sides of the shrimps are drained and the shrimps can be turned over by half.
Dried shrimp is finished.

If you don't have an oven, you can use a microwave oven with medium and high fire. Take it out every 3 minutes, turn the shrimp over, and repeat this step 4 ~ 5 times (depending on the habit of each microwave oven) until the water is collected.
1000g of fresh shrimp can be made into about 500g of dried shrimp.
