Can Dendrobium stew pig's heart?
Stewed pork heart soup with Dendrobium, lotus seeds and lily

Ingredients: 2-3 fresh Dendrobium, 1 dried lily and 1 dried lotus seed each, candied dates 1 each, half a pig's heart (or 1), a little salt and a proper amount of clean water (depending on the number of families).

Exercise:

1. Prepare ingredients. A family of three can prepare half a pig heart. The fresh Dendrobium is one, and a small bundle has been kept in my refrigerator. Dendrobium has the function of nourishing yin and moistening lung, and there is special dendrobine, which helps to improve immunity. Take 2-3 fresh Dendrobium for stew and soup. Dendrobium also has dry goods, which need to be soaked in advance before making soup.

2. Dry lotus seeds with one hand and lily with the other, and soak them soft before cooking. If there are fresh lilies and lotus seeds, remember to remove the lotus seed core.

3. Slice the pig heart, put it in a cold water pot, boil it for 1 min, blanch it, remove blood and foam, and then rinse it.

4. Prepare a saucepan, which is easy to stew without watching the fire. Put all the ingredients into the braised pot, and steam in the electric braised pot with appropriate amount of water for 1-2 hours.

After the soup is stewed, add some salt to taste.

There is almost no fat in pig's heart, so the stewed pig's heart soup is not greasy, Dendrobium can be eaten, and it has a lot of gum and tastes good, which has the effect of promoting fluid production and quenching thirst. This bowl of soup can be drunk by both adults and children.
