Wangba generally refers to turtle.
The adult dorsal disk is 192.0-345.0 mm long and 138.8-256.0 mm wide. The head is medium large and thin at the front. The snout is long, forming a fleshy snout, and the nostrils are located at the end of the snout. The eyes are small and the pupils are round. The rostrum is longer than or equal to the distance between the eyes and equal to or slightly shorter than the diameter of the eyes. The ear holes are not visible. The dorsal disc is oval with a rounded posterior edge. It has no horny scutes and is covered with soft leathery skin. The front edge of the dorsal disk is folded backwards. There are longitudinal ridges composed of small grains on the surface of the disk, more than 7-10 on each side, and the near ridge is slightly parallel to the body axis.
