Introduction of lotus roll
Lotus roll is a classic Han pasta, which belongs to one of Manchu-Han banquet dishes. This is a traditional food for the Spring Festival and Dragon Boat Festival. This dish looks like a lotus, soft and sweet. Made of fat flour, it has distinct layers and looks like a lotus flower. Lotus rolls are not only beautiful, but also show a strong amorous feelings. For example, during the Spring Festival, it is made into "lotus" and "fish-shaped" steamed buns, which means "more than every year, more than every year". On the Dragon Boat Festival in May, my uncle gave my nephew a particularly large round flower, which was called "Qulian" by the masses, with fish and lotus flowers on it.
