Flatten the dough slightly, sprinkle some dry powder, wrap it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator 1-6 hours until it becomes hard.
After standing, roll the dough into 3mm thick dough, fork it with small holes (to avoid bulging during baking), pick up the tapir skin with a rolling pin and put it on the cake tray.
After the dough is finished and pressed, roll it on the mold with a rolling pin to remove excess cassava starch. Put the mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it solidifies and hardens.
After hardening, take it out, put the cut baking paper on the tower skin, then put it full of heavy stones and put it in the oven preheated to 180 until the edge of the tower skin is colored.
Remove the heavy stones and baking paper, brush a layer of egg liquid (optional) and put it back in the 180 oven until the bottom of the tower skin turns golden yellow.
