Jiaxing, Zhejiang is located at the junction of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, in the center of Shanghai and Hangzhou. Jiaxing is a famous hometown of products. Zongzi is the main specialty of Jiaxing, especially the fresh meat Zongzi in Wufangzhai. It started at 192 1 and has a history of nearly 70 years. Because of its exquisite materials, fine production, pure taste and four seasons supply, it has a long-standing reputation and is known as the "king of zongzi" in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Now it has been sold overseas.
Jiaxing zongzi is rectangular, with fresh meat, bean paste, eight treasures and other varieties. For example, in jiaozi, fresh meat, there is often a piece of fat in lean meat. After jiaozi is cooked, the fat oil seeps into the rice, which is fat but not greasy.
