There are two methods to calculate early autumn and late autumn, one is based on beginning of autumn time, and the other is based on beginning of autumn month. According to beginning of autumn time, it is early autumn in the daytime and early autumn in the evening. According to the month of beginning of autumn, it is early autumn in June and early autumn in July in beginning of autumn.

As the saying goes, "It's cold in beginning of autumn in the morning and hot in beginning of autumn at night", which means that the weather will soon get cold in early autumn, and it will be hot in beginning of autumn later.

Because after beginning of autumn, many crops are still in the growth stage, which is when sunshine is needed. If it is in the late early autumn, the higher temperature is very beneficial to crops, and there will be a good harvest in the next harvest season.

In the solar calendar, the time in beginning of autumn is fixed, which falls on August 7th or 8th every year, but it may be much worse in the lunar calendar. Early autumn and late autumn are based on July of the lunar calendar.
