Culinary Craft and Nutrition: three-year program, specialist.

(1) Academic system: The program admits graduates of high school and vocational secondary school, and the standard period of study is three years, with a flexible academic system of 3--5 years.

(2) academic standards: students should complete 135 credits, complete all the required courses specified in the school's teaching program and pass the examination (assessment), while completing the required number of elective courses, through the graduation audit, issued by the state to recognize the specialized diploma.

Cooking and Nutrition Education: four years, undergraduate.

To train the basic knowledge of modern cooking, nutrition, catering management, with strong cooking skills, can be engaged in cooking operations, nutritional analysis and nutritional preparation, as well as catering management of senior technical and applied specialists.
