Stir-fried mutton slices with green onions
Ingredients:
Shabu-shabu mutton slices, appropriate amount of green onions, garlic, light soy sauce, starch, white sugar, pepper powder, salt, cooking wine , appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar.
Method:
1. Remove the roots of the green onion, peel off the skin, cut into thick strips, and slice the garlic.
2. Put the mutton slices into a bowl, add pepper powder, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for a while.
3. Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat. When it is 70% hot, add the marinated mutton slices. Quickly stir-fry over high heat. When the surface of the mutton becomes mature, remove it. Drain the oil and set aside.
4. Leave the oil in the pot, heat it up and add the chopped garlic and shredded green onions until fragrant.
Then add the mutton slices, add white sugar, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar and salt, stir-fry over high heat for a while. If you like, you can sprinkle a little barbecue powder on top after putting it on the plate.
