1. Type 1: After drying the skin belly, rinse it and soak it in warm water for about 1 to 3 days. 2. The second type: Soak the washed belly in hot water until it becomes soft, then bring it to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for a while. When washing your belly, you can use hot alkaline water to wash it for better results. But if you use hot alkaline water to wash your belly, you need to add some vinegar when cooking to neutralize the alkaline smell.
3. The third method: Soak the dried belly in hot alkaline water for about half an hour, then rinse it in clean water to remove the alkali smell (adding a little vinegar during rinsing is more conducive to removing the alkali smell) , then use clean water to soak and rinse for 2 to 3 hours.
