How thin is the muscle calf? How thin is the muscle calf?
I once practiced long-distance running, and then I gained weight. Let's share our experience ~
It is not easy to lose muscle, and the most important thing is to be patient. First of all, try not to do a lot of muscle exercises, such as leapfrog. It is best not to do strenuous aerobic exercise at first, such as running and pedaling. Keep stretching your muscles every day (yoga is a good choice) and fully relax after stretching. Use essential oil, olive oil or * * * cream * * *, and you don't need to find acupuncture points. Spread the palm evenly into a big circle, then cross your hands and rub with the leg muscles until the skin feels hot, and then press or knead for half an hour every day in a comfortable way. This will last for a long time (conservatively estimated 1-2 months) until you can feel the muscles soften. Then there is more regular exercise, of course, it still needs to be * * * every day. For half a year, the effect is not bad. Up to now, my calves are basically invisible, and wearing jeans will make me look thin and snicker ~
The advantage of this is that the skin of the calf will also get better. In fact, I personally like olive oil, which is cheap and easy to use, but it is not suitable in summer. I will change the cream at this time.
Yoga is still very effective, although the effect is slow but the improvement is very real.
There is a little trick that is very good. Lie on the bed, raise your legs together for 90 degrees, then hook your feet and feel a little pain in your calves and ligaments. Hold on for a few seconds and stretch your feet for a few seconds. Do this 30 times, 3 groups a day ~
In terms of diet, people who have been engaged in sports can eat more at ordinary times, and it is best to control this.
The above is just my experience, I hope it will help, and I wish you success ~
