How to make dried tofu and enoki mushrooms?
Step 1: Prepare materials - chopped green onion
Step 2: Prepare materials - enoki mushrooms (cut off the roots and wash them) , drain! )
Step 3: Prepare materials - dried tofu (cut into strips, my coordinates are in Hangzhou, I bought Zuming dried tofu, which has a slightly spiced taste)
< p>Step 4: Fry the chopped green onions. (Generally speaking, when frying vegetarian dishes, only chopped green onions are used to fry the pot)Step 5: Put the enoki mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry over high heat.
Step 6: Add a small amount of salt and appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Keep frying! After stir-frying the juice, cook for 3 minutes. The enoki mushrooms must be cooked. There have been cases of poisoning from eating raw enoki mushrooms! Cook for at least 3 minutes. If it is a bit dry, you can add a small amount of water, but it is not recommended to add water because the enoki mushrooms will definitely release water. Adding too much will make it difficult to collect the juice later.
Step 7: Pour the dried tofu into the pot and stir-fry evenly. The dried tofu itself is cooked and does not need to be fried for too long. Remove the juice over high heat!
Step 8: Take it out of the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion!
