Steps of frying fish pieces
1.? Wash the fish first.
2.? Cut into pieces, put them in a clean basin, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate for 20 minutes.
3.? After ripening, add proper amount of flour and salt and stir well.
4.? Put oil in the oil pan, add a proper amount of oil, and when the oil temperature becomes hot, put it in the fish pieces and fry for about 5 minutes. Delicious fish pieces are ready. Fresh fish will be very thick.
