In Shanxi, whenever you have a birthday, you will eat "Longevity noodle" to celebrate. Do you also want to eat "longevity noodles" for your elders to show filial piety, but you can only eat outside every time, so now you don't have to go outside. You can also celebrate your elders' birthdays at home, and it is more important to do it yourself. Ingredients: flour, alkaline noodles, one egg, salt, cooking oil.
Pour flour into the basin.
Prepare alkaline noodles, not too much, too much alkaline taste.

This is a boiled one. If you want to look good on your birthday, you can put the noodles back as before.
